Collection and processing of personal data, and the terms on which the portal may be used. Effective from 8 October 2026.

Collection and processing of personal data

The niiske.com website collects and processes the following personal data of its users: name, age, location (to city or town level), telephone number and/or e-mail address, together with the photographs and the ad text the user supplies.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the data protection legislation of the Republic of Estonia. Confidential personal data is shared only where the law requires it.
Users consent to the data they publish being visible to other users of the website.
Publishing personal data is voluntary but necessary in order to use the service. A user who does not wish to publish personal data cannot place an ad.
The website uses the personal data it collects only for the purposes set out in law or in these terms: publishing ads on the website, providing user support, and producing statistics.
Ads stay active for a limited time (10 days) and are then deleted automatically. A user may have an ad removed earlier by contacting the editorial team at info@niiske.com. The same address may be used to ask what data the website holds about that user.
Personal data of users is retained only while the ad is published, and is permanently deleted once the ad is removed.
Personal data is not used for any purpose or in any manner other than those described in the clauses above.
When an ad is placed, a confirmation e-mail is sent to the user's e-mail address. The ad is published only once the user has followed the confirmation link in that e-mail.

“Portal” means the website within the niiske.com domain (an information intermediary and information carrier).
“Service provider” means the editorial team of the portal, who can be contacted by e-mail at info@niiske.com.
“Service” means placing an ad on the portal, reading ads on the portal, and replying to ads on the portal.
“User” means a person who uses the service on the portal.

A user must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
A user uses the service at their own risk.
The service provider does not guarantee that use of the service is safe, useful or satisfactory for the user.
The service provider does not guarantee uninterrupted provision of the service, nor the preservation of information entered by the user.
The service provider does not guarantee that a user's privacy will be preserved.
An ad placed by a user of the portal may be a personal or dating ad only, and may not be advertising or an offer of services.
The service provider does not verify the accuracy of the information contained in ads or sent by e-mail.
The text and photographs of an ad placed by a user must not conflict with the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
Use of the service is free of charge. The service provider charges nothing for placing, publishing or reading an ad, and does not handle payments or donations.
An ad is published once the user confirms it and stays up for 10 days, after which it is deleted automatically.
Advertising medication, food supplements or vitamins, and offering paid sexual services, are forbidden. Such ads are removed.
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data they supply, and must not impersonate another person.

The service provider has the right to refuse to provide the service to a user, without giving reasons.
The service provider has the right to suspend or entirely cease providing the service, without notice to the user.
The service provider has the right to remove unsuitable ads.

The service provider is not liable for loss or lost income arising from the direct or indirect use, or non-use, of the service.
The service provider is not liable for a breach of these terms committed by a user of the portal, regardless of the extent or form of the loss incurred.
The service provider is not liable for loss or lost income arising from information published in the course of using the service.
The service provider is not liable for the content, quality or legality of links leading away from the portal.
The service provider is not liable for loss or lost income arising from the acts or omissions of third parties.
The service provider is not liable for loss or lost income arising from any technical failure.
The service provider is not liable for consequences arising from the misreading of phrases, words and concepts contained in this text.
The service provider reserves the right to republish an ad placed by a user.
An ad placed by a user remains on the portal for up to 10 days, or until the user or the service provider removes it.

The service provider has the right to amend these terms. Amendments take effect when they are published on the portal.
By placing an ad, the user confirms that they have read these terms and agree to them.
